A comparision lor.
The first day i went to herbalife, my face was fu**ing bloated!
With extreme double chin! Nek nek.
But thanks to herbalife's cello-lose, i manage to discharge the water out of my face!!
Though!, my face is still "chubby" right now, but i will gambate and lose that fatty face plus fatty body! Working hard towards my goal.(i picked the photos that are rather same, regardless angle and lighting and fringe. S
o its more fair to compare. =)
Some thoughts....
Even though many ppl close to me,
or who knew i took herbalife,
thinks VERY negative abt it,
and criticise it,
making me felt very uneasy and discouraged,
i'm still gonna take it.
Thats because i saw results.
And seriously, i don't feel like i'm tortured,
for not having KFC's or macdonalds or fattening food, even suppers.
To me, everyone has their own way of doing things.
You might have felt its wrong, or useless.
But to me, seeing is believing.
And regardless how much you're gonna say and "eeE-ing" abt it,
all i have to do is to ignore.
Losing weight and Fats isn't easy.
I know. And they are many ways.
Excercising might be the best that work out for you.
But it really doesn't worked so well on me.
And it needs a lot of courage to do things that ppl disapprove.
What i need now, is my own support.
I choose to ignore wadever expressions and criticisions of what i'm doing.

Yes yes~!! You might have been hearing me talking about bed bugs recently. Please dun get bored and irritated by that. I used to thought bed bugs only occurs on dirty people and... IT DOESN"T!!! Bed bugs do not infest because you're dirty!! And i never thought that it will happen on me. Its a problem that is really troublesome, and most imptly, Its not easy to get rid of, so pay attention to what i have to say. People! The things i'm gonna say and show will be very, truly gross. So please pardon me. And if u think u can't take it, please bear with it, its knowledge that u need to know!
First thing first. Why do bed bugs occur. They usually tend to occur due to these few reasons.
They cling on your shirt from another place.
They get in your house through cracks in the walls.
They can get into your house through pipes and wires too.
They could be brought back by your pets or sometimes birds.
They might be on stuffs that u picked them up on the streets or so.
Therefore! Don't pick stuffs outside to bring them home!
Next, How do bedbugs spread and where can you find them.
Usually,bed bugs spread through objects. Lets take for example, boxes, clothings and cardboards. They can hide in clothings and unknowingly, you could have spread them.And, you can find them hiding in wall cracks, cardboxes, furnitures, clothings, wood and especially like their name they hide in BED! especially bed linings!!!.....For all you know u might find their eggs too!!
Now the scariest part! How do you identify bed bugs!
They are small in size but can be seen by naked eye.They look differently in different stages.And they do not have wings and cannot fly.Immature bed bugs are light yellow in color unless they have recently fed on blood and then they are darker in the middle. After a recent feeding, you can almost see the red color of blood inside. As the blood ages, it darkens and a small quantity of undigested blood is excreted onto surfaces such as bed sheets, mattresses and on other surfaces. Adults are reddish brown and they also turn darker after a blood meal. Now i shall show you the pictures. Beware if you see these creatures crawling around! they are truly BLOODSUCKERS!
And so How do you identify bed bug's bites and how they did it.
Okay. This is easy. You'll realised that you've been bitten, maybe for the first week, You got 2 or 3 bites. Its like mosquitos bites, but its freaking itchy, worse than mosquitos bites. And the bites would get worse if you had sensitive skin.Usually the infected area would've been scratched badly. Swelling might happen too...Bed bug's are mostly active at night. And they bite any exposed skin while you're sleeping.
The fact is, because they're able to sense the carbo dio we're giving out plus our heat that results them finding us, and biting us!!! Here's a pic on getting bitten. So if you got more than 3 bites, and it swells and itch like crazy plus its usually on legs, shoulders, toes and hands, You probably been bitten by bedbugs!( BTW, ITS not my hand/legs) Why am i blogging on bed bugs is definitely becux i caught a bed bug while i'm using my lappy!
I totally freak out when i saw this damn creature crawling at my books! PLUS it is definitley an adult bed bug! So the fact that it appear in front of me, the only ending for it is DEATH!!!
I'm showing you the picture!...And i din't kill it. My bro did it..And while my sis is sleeping, i caught another one at her bed's lining.So imagine if you have to stay in a house that might be infested with Bedbugs!...i HATE this man!! i'm now like a crazy woman in my own house walking around inspecting with a tourch light to kill them!

When u saw that you should have thought i went there!
HA! Its the day right after payday! And so we decided to hangout on SAT after work! We discuss HELL long what to eat lar!!!! In the end we settle for 'Finger linkin good' Yeah, that's KFC! After dinner we went to chill out~ Yes if u consider walking SOOOOOoo long before we settle for INDOCHINE! (Talking bout that, we saw this trans dancing right in front of indochine at wisma!! IT was definitely...................................=)...you can imagine for yourself!) Anyway we went clarke quay's.
Upon entering, the well-decorated environment was great. Fish tanks, incense and the concept of 'ping ma yong' It was very chinese yet classy. BUT! The prices there were really STEEP!! Make sure you had a fat wallet thats either full of credit cards or CASH! For the cheapest alchohol you can get is 220 and the mixer are not free! A jug of coke you'll need 30bucks! COME ON MAN! 30bucks for COKE! thats like coke in gold! We had no chioce and got blacklabel thats on promo. Cux thats the only drink we can get free mixers!!! =(
The same old thang' , We played card games and i was really sabotaged by the gang! REVENGE!!! someday i'll.....lol.. i was kinda getting bloated and NOT DRUNK but tipsy(a lil tired and felt like sleeping) I still like martell lar! LOL... So credits goes to melvin and jeremy plus sam i guess, for finishing the drinks! =) And i got the container that contain our alchohol. There are pictures!! HOORAy~~ but there wasn't one that has SAM and MEL! =)
Oh ya! Mel also did some fortune telling for us. IT was real accurate! =) The first fortune told was so true. But i wonder the second one....... HAHA! can't believe too much. If not i'll be deluding myself. LOL. And jeremy almost got into a fight with a drunkard. It was real scary to me.
The guy was drunk, and came behind from me. I quickly hide behind jeremy and that's how it got started. He started shouting at jeremy. At that second, i thought jeremy's gonna retalite already. But lucky i pulled him away and the drunkard's fren pulled him away. But i was real shocked! Luckily there was jeremy!! In any case, people should avoid getting drunk!
Met with kah too.. hmm..shall meet up soon to SING! I WANT TO SING!!!

whenever i'm schooling which i meant,
school starts, studying and moving in a fast pace all that...

I realised that it wasn't really easy to deal with human-beings.
In fact the way i'm speaking seems like i'm not human!

back to what i was saying.
There are really many ppl out there.
And many that u will meet.
And ppl who u'll not meet.
Its not easy crossing one another paths,
and knowing each other, its even harder.
Become friends, here i'm talikng about quality good and close frens.
Thats even harder.
Couple?, thats like one in a million.
Its all that luck and fate that plays the part ya' know.
But what i'm saying is,
its really wasn't easy to be friends with ppl.
Not easy not to be affected by ppl and even worst, to get along with ppl.
All of us have different character.
We blend in differently too.
Like me, i admit, i'm a very contridicting person.
I get worked up easily, when ppl tends to irritate me.
And i haven't got a good temper that is.
i wouldn't admit i'm a very easy to get along person.
BUT!
I'm trying not be a "bad" person either.
There might be some saying you just have to live yourself.
Those are ppl who have character AND i do admire their guts and character.
But for me, my life partly revolve on ppl whom i do care for.
Especially my frens. I care on what they think about me,
i care how ppl judge me, criticise me, in fact u can say i'm a
SU LA(coward) becux i listen to myself too little and to others, too much.
I know pleasing ppl at times can be tiring, and annoying.
REALLY! i ADMIT.!
But if by doing that can please everyone, and
makes things turn out nice, why not?
Eventually, it'll make me feel good too.
Its good to be self-less sometimes.
But for us as humans, it is definitely not easy.
Cux our basic instinct is to protect ourselves.
Sometimes, i wished when i asked ppl ard me,
they had good impression on me,
good comments, praises and touching lines.
but it usually happened that, they din't know what to say bout me.
Its shows i din't had a strong character that stands out.
i want to be more than normal. Someone whom ppl remembers,
whom they like and was glad to be friends with.
These are efforts.
A simple logic yet not many can acheived.
In friendships,
Efforts are the ones that build the wall strong.
In family,
Efforts are the ones that keep the bond strong.
In love,
Efforts are the one that keep love burning.
And in life,
Efforts are the ones that make you feel u acheived something.
In fact its in everything.
